What sets this apart is a light-hearted approach with a unique blend of physical, mental, and social fitness, with Performance Coach, Mind/Body Instructor, Improvisor, Physical Comedian, and Total Fitness Speaker, Kelly Fanson.
You're going to learn a little, laugh a little, and get off your a** a little with a focused approach to wellbeing. Humor unites us, builds trust, eases tension, and creates a positive shared experience. Now anything is possible.
Moving should be accessible and fun. A daily ritual much like brushing your teeth or scrolling your phone. Kelly reframes exercise as something we do to feel good, not to change the way we look. The key to longevity and vitality comes from a daily routine, with no pressure to wear the right clothes, or diet, or be good at anything. No fancy equipment and no special wardrobe required.
PhysBiz Soft Care Health Breaks fire the body up from the core, maximize breath, create ease, connect teams, and induce laughter with customized content that might include stretch, group dynamic & recognition, dance, Qi-Gong, breath, grounding, meditation, warrior chants, and always, humour.
Increase presenteeism, communication, self-esteem, boost morale, improve communication, strengthen a sense of belonging amongst teams, provide a creative outlet, and promote well-being, peak performance, boosts mindset, and eliminate burnout.
There will be elevated heart rate, stretch, laughter, flow, and team inspired sharing. Workshops foster connectivity, recognition, accountability, and compassion.  Breathe, Stretch, Laugh, Move, & Trip all over the World in 37 minutes.


Techniques that move, focus, and stretch the body, voice, and mind, with moves from all over the world.

Whatever your position is at work, chances are, you’re probably sitting. And let's face it, it's exhausting. 

That's Bill back there. He has a tough time making it through a day without a nap. Trouble is, he doesn't sleep well at night because of tension, anxiety, hip and back pain, and regular headaches.


Fatigue can be caused by prolonged sitting or standing, hours on screens, repetitive actions, balancing responsibility at work and home, heck, even watching the news.


Workshops and Consistent Health Breaks play a critical role in supporting employee wellbeing.

Weekly: half hour - one hour sessions for your specific needs (eg: movement, calm, focus)


One hour session/month focusing on body/brain connection with techniques and pro-tips. 

Half day session every quarter to fully release, restore and reenergize. It's a team building time-"in" with tips & techniques, movement, and cognitive challenges.
